RUNSTOCK

RunStock is a 3-day running event, retreat style being held at Camp Redbud at Lake of the Ozarks State Park May 19-21, 2023. It is a weekend full of footraces, entertainment, activities, food and fun! 

5k will be held Friday evening, 10k Saturday morning, Half Marathon Saturday evening, Full Marathon Sunday morning, & 48 hour Ultra 5pm Friday through 5pm Sunday

Dance Monkey Dance will perform Friday evening following the 5k and activities will held throughout the weekend.

Camp cabins will be available for overnight stays.
