Resort Fee

A daily Resort Fee will be automatically added to the guest room account on a nightly basis. This allows for the Resort to provide the following resort services:

• Unlimited in-room access to WiFi
• Refrigerator in guest room
• Coffee service in guest room
• Two bottles of water in guest room per stay
• Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park discount
• Use of Fin's Up Indoor Pool & Fitness Center
• Shuttle service throughout the resort and estates complexes, as well as to and from the Oaks Golf Course.
