2025 Polar Plunge and Strut Lake of the Ozarks - Special Olympics Missouri
This "unbearable" event is a unique opportunity to show your bravery as you support local Special Olympics Missouri athletes by walking, running or crawling into the frigid winter waters. In 2024, the Lake of the Ozarks Plunge had 281 plungers and raised more than $99,500! This one-of-a-kind event promises a fun atmosphere with music, funny costumes and lasting memories for everyone!
You can also support SOMO athletes by walking, running or crawling a 5K in the frigid winter air.

Registration: 9am - 2pm
Polar Bear Strut: 10am
Chili Cook-off: 11am
Pee Wee Plunge: 1pm
Parade of Costume line up: 1:50pm
Plunge Parade/Opening Ceremonies: 2pm
