Our Programs
- The Summer Work Program is open to all current college students aged 18 and older, with preference given to those pursuing a degree in hospitality.
- The Management Internship Program is only open to current college students who have previously completed a Summer Work Program with us.

All positions require you to be able to work a flexible schedule with days off being scheduled according to guest demand.
**Memorial Day Weekend and Independence Day Weekend are required work days.**

Opportunities
Banquets & Catering
Gain a wide variety of experiences in multiple banquet and event settings either working with the Catering team to prepare event rooms for meetings, food service and group functions or with the Banquets team to provide seamless and efficient food service during functions. Ability to work quickly but with strong attention to detail is necessary to ensure continuous customer satisfaction. Strong customer service and excellent hospitality skills are essential. This is a great foundation for a career in Event Planning, providing you with an understanding of the preparation, service and break down of all kinds of events, large and small.
Internship add-ons: Rotation between Banquet Serving and Catering Set-Up, Rotation to Banquet Bartender (if over 21) or Beverage Office, Shadow a Sales Manager, Event Meeting Manager or Convention Services Manager, Attend pre-con and post-con meetings. Evaluations and additional project work as needed.
