Q : Are there EV chargers available on the resort?
A: Margaritaville Lake Resort has EV+ charging stations, conveniently located in the parking lot adjacent to the Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park.
Q : What’s there to do at Lake of the Ozarks?

Q : What is Lake of the Ozarks known for?
A: Missouri's most popular lake destination features more than 1,100 miles of shoreline – that's more shoreline than the coast of California. The Lake of the Ozarks offers access to public beaches; great fishing; and plenty of room for fun and recreation on the water.
Q : Do you have a boat ramp to launch our boat?
A:

The nearest boat launches can be found at Lake of the Ozarks State Park, located 5 miles by land and 8 miles by water.

Pa He Tsi boat ramp is available March 1 – October 31 and is free for use.

PB2 boat ramp is available year round and costs $5 per use.

The Resort offers covered 10’ x 24’ boat slips for $40 per night.

Complimentary trailer parking is available for hotel guests at the Oaks Golf Course. Please park your trailer prior to check-in. Boat and trailer parking is only available at the Oaks Golf Course parking lot.
Q : Does Margaritaville Lake Resort have safety deposit boxes?
A: Yes, safety-deposit boxes are available at the front desk. Please see the front desk staff when you check-in if you require use of a safety deposit box.
Q : When will your outdoor pool open for the season?
A: Landshark Pool and Lakeside Pool open daily at 11am. Both pools are heated and open to the public. There is not a cover charge at either pool. See you there!
Q : Does Margaritaville Lake Resort offer beach access with swimming?
A: No, for safety purposes, we do not allow swimming in the lake off of the shores of our resort. Our resort is located on the main channel of Lake of the Ozarks and boat traffic can make swimming dangerous. There are several public swim beaches located at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park that are nearby.
Q : Do all of your buildings have elevators?
A: There are elevators in Building A and E, as well as an elevator to access JB's Boathouse Grill and Fin City Arcade. There are no elevators in Building B, C, D, Windrose, Complex F or the Estates Complex.
Q : Do I have to stay at Margaritaville to use the recreations facilities?
A: Excluding Fins Up! Indoor Pool and Fitness center, all of our recreational facilities and restaurants are open to the public. This includes Lakeside Pool and Landshark Pool. There is not an additional cover charge for either pool.
Q : Is smoking permitted within the Resort or Guest Rooms?
A: Most areas of the resort are smoke-fee, including all of our guest rooms, all public corridors, all food and beverage outlets, and all recreational facilities. Designated outdoor smoking areas are located throughout the resort.
Q : Do you allow Recreational Vehicles (RVs) on property?
A: RVs are not permitted on the main property of the resort due to our narrow roadways. Please park your RV at the Oaks Golf Course parking lot which is located on State Rd KK about 2 miles from the entrance to the resort. We do provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the Oaks parking lot.
Q : Does Margaritaville Lake Resort have a off property shuttle?
A: Uber drivers and taxi service are available in the Lake of the Ozarks area.
Q : What is your cancellation policy?
A: Reservations need to be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid any penalties. Some conferences and special advance purchase rates may have stricter cancellation policies.
Q : Can you go swimming in Lake of the Ozarks?
A: Cooling off in the lake is a great way to spend a hot summer day! Swimming is not permitted off of the shores of the resort due to our location. You can rent pontoon boats from our marina to spend the day in the lake. The Lake of the Ozarks State Park is near by as well if you would prefer to visit their public beaches.
Q : Does Margaritaville Lake Resort have waverunner rentals?
A: Yes, Margaritaville Lake Resort’s full-service marina offers waverunner rental for $47.50 per half hour plus gas or $90 per hour plus gas.
Q : Do your rooms offer microwaves or refrigerators?
A: All of our guest rooms and suites have a refrigerator and coffee maker. Microwaves are available for an additional fee of $10 per night. Please contact guest services to add this service to your room.

A: Margaritaville Lake Resort is located on mile marker 26 on the Lake of the Ozarks at 494 Tan Tar A Drive, Osage Beach, Missouri 65065.
Q : Is Margaritaville Lake Resort pet-friendly?
A: We allow service animals however pets are not allowed at the resort. Local boarding options for guests who need to board their pets are Lake Hills Veterinary Clinic (573-302-8100) on Hwy KK and R Veterinary at The Lake (573-346-5733) in Linn Creek.
Q : Can I fish at Margaritaville Lake Resort?
A: Yes, Margaritaville Lake Resort offers a fishing dock located at the resort. Use of the dock for fishing is free to all guests of the resort.
Q : What time is check-in and check-out?
A:

Check-in begins at 4:00PM. Should you arrive early, you can pre-register and begin to enjoy the amenities at the resort ahead of time.

Check-out is at 11:00AM. Once you check out, you can continue to enjoy our activities and attractions for the remainder of the day. Requests for late checkouts are accepted, but not guaranteed depending on hotel occupancy.
Q : Does Margaritaville Lake Resort have an airport shuttle?
A: Yes, we provide complimentary transportation to and from the airports in the Lake of the Ozarks Area. There are two airports in the area - Lee C Fine Airport and the Grand Glaize Osage Beach Airport. The Grand Glaize Airport is the closest to the resort.
Q : Is there a microwave and refrigerator in the room?
A: All of our guest rooms and suites have a refrigerator and coffee maker. Microwaves are available for an additional $10 per night. You will need to contact the property directly to add this service to your room.
Q : Can I park my boat overnight at the docks?
A: Yes, Margaritaville Lake Resort does offer overnight covered dock slips. The cost is $40 per night. Contact guest services to reserve a dock.
Q : Does Margaritaville Lake Resort offer boat rentals?
A: Port of Indecision Mariana does rent pontoon and ski boats as well as Waverunners. The marina is open mid-April through mid-October every year. Visit our “Play” page for more information.
Q : Does Margaritaville Lake Resort offer suites?
A: We do have one- and two-bedroom suites available on the main property as well as one- to six-bedroom houses in the Tan-Tar-A Estates complex. Visit our "Stay" page for more information.

Q : What’s the closest airport to Margaritaville Lake Resort?
A:

The nearest major airport is Lambert-St Louis International located in St Louis, MO. It is approximately 2 1/2 hours from the resort. Kansas City International Airport, located in Kansas City, MO, is approximately 3 hours from the Resort. Smaller airports near us include:

  • Springfield-Branson National Airport, located in Springfield, MO, approximately 2 hours away
  • Columbia Regional Airport, located in Columbia, MO, approximately 1 1/2 hours away
Q : What age do you have to be to check in?
A:

Guests must be at least 18 years old to register at the resort.

Guests 18-20 years old must sign a no party policy. Payment for room charges, taxes, and resort fees, as well as a $100 damage deposit, will be collected at check-in. All occupants in the room must present a valid ID

Any drinking by individuals under the age of 21 will result in eviction. The Sheriff's Department will be contacted and all will be asked to leave the property.
Q : Does Margaritaville Lake Resort include admission to Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park?
A:

Admission to Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park is not included in our room rates. Admission to the park is:

  • $20 per person per day for hotel guests
  • $25 per person per day for non-hotel guests
  • $5.00 per person per day for admission for observers
  • Ages 2 and under are free
